Returns

It's our highest priority that you are completely happy with your purchase!

• Notify us immediately with return issues via email: fullmoonoriginals@gmail.com or by phone: 1 250 537 1721.
• We will gladly exchange or credit your purchase towards another item, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition and it has not been a custom order. If there are any signs of wear and you need for example a different size of ring, we can offer you an exchange of your item with one of similar value minus the cost for sanding, buffing and polishing the item you are returning.
• Once we have received the returned item, we will issue a full refund minus the original shipping cost and fees incurred by the paying method. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, tracking, duties and insurance.
• We do not offer refunds on custom orders or ring sizes below or above our standard sizes. But we will make sure we work with you to find a solution.
• For US orders: The US government has implemented a 35% tariff on all imports coming from Canada starting August 29th, 2025. All duties now are collected at origin, so it has to be prepaid before we can ship. After you ordered we will email you a Paypal invoice with the cost of duties including clearance and processing. At this point you can decide to pay or to cancel your order.
