- We will gladly exchange or credit your purchase towards another item, provided the item is in it's original, unworn condition and it has not been a custom order. If there are any signs of wear and you need for example a different size of ring, we can offer you an exchange of your item with one of similar value minus the cost for sanding, buffing and polishing the item you are returning.
- Once we have received the returned item, we will issue a full refund minus the original shipping cost and fees incurred by the paying method. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, tracking, duties and insurance.
- We do not offer refunds on custom orders or ring sizes below or above our standard sizes. But we will make sure we work with you to find a solution.
